2008 Jennifer R James LL.B, LL.M, FALCD, London
Dear Miss Tutty, I was delighted to hear about your new business venture and I hope that it is a great success. As you know, a person’s home is their most intimate private space, but I never had any qualms about letting you reorganise all of my private stuff. Your honesty and integrity are, in my opinion, of a very high standard I knew you would respect my privacy and just put anything confidential all together for me to deal with. The effect on the apartment was amazing; people have said that it looks twice the size, just by being tidied up properly and things being put away.
Also, although the effect was radical, the solution was not traumatic – you managed to effect a stunning change to the apartment without actually getting rid of anything, and it did not involve wholesale binning of my prized possessions. I would also have to say that the effect on me was significant; before, getting the apartment organised was always a big job looming for me to do, but in one day you did the job that I had been putting off for nearly two years!
If you can turn this into a business I truly believe that you will be giving a much-needed service to the community. It is amazing how most people keep their homes hygienically clean, yet let them get dreadfully untidy, and I think you have found a real gap in the market.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family in the UK, but since you are so far away I am more than happy for you to use this letter as a reference.
As a qualified Solicitor (since 1992), a Deputy Judge (since 2002) and a Law Tutor, I am fully aware of the seriousness of giving out a reference but do so wholeheartedly.
With kindest regards and all good wishes in your new venture,
Jennifer R James LL.B, LL.M, FALCD, London
October 29, 2009. Georgina Holloway, Aged and Disability Service Coordinator, Communify QLD
My name is Georgina Holloway and I am the Aged and Disability Service Coordinator at Communify Qld. Bronwyn has volunteered her time with us for nearly 12 months now and during that time she has helped us with our coffee and chat social group and offers an elderly lady in the community much needed social support on a one on one basis.
When we ask our volunteers to be alone in home environments with our clients we have to make sure that our volunteers are of a high character and we screen them very carefully to ensure there will be no problems for our clients’ as they are a vulnerable group. Bronwyn clearly passed all of our screening processes and is recognized by Communify as being a valuable part of our team.
I would recommend Bronwyn for any task that included integrity and honesty as these are two of her most desirable assets. Bronwyn is always punctual, reliable and willing to help us in any capacity possible. We are always asking her for more time and the energy and enthusiasm she brings with her is uplifting, no job is too big or too small for her.
Bronwyn has too many qualities to list she is helpful, compassionate, caring and trustworthy; we would be lost without her! Volunteers like Bronwyn are the cornerstone of our service and without them we would be unable to provide such extensive and flexible support to people.
My only complaint about Bronwyn is that there is only one of her!

Aug 09. Jessica Martella
As an owner of a small mobile hairdressing business, it is my first time in trying to juggle all aspects of keeping on top of things whilst running the business. My experience in being in business has only been 10 months, so having met Bronwyn in this early period of Jaya Hair care has been a blessing. I found that to be organized and disciplined a challenge. Bronwyn has shown me some organization strategies and guided me in how to apply them. I can even say now that being organized if fun.
I now enjoy keeping up to date with my paper work and keeping my customers happy. Through Bronwyn’s wealth of IT knowledge she has saved me time by showing me how to navigate my way around the programs I use in my business. Bronwyn’s caring nature and passion for helping people means she is able to cater to me and my individual needs. Bronwyn is always happy to help with any questions I have. I know I can always rely on Bronwyn’s honesty and advice when it comes to balancing my both my work and personal life.
Thanks very much Bronwyn for giving me and Jaya Hair care a really good chance to be successful.

Oct 09. Karen Gillow (nee Hurley), Business Manager, The Ecology Centre, University of Queensland
I have had the fantastic fortune to know Bronwyn Tutty in several capacities: firstly as an IT service provider, then a friend and tenant, then as our super organiser at The Ecology Centre in The University of Queensland. Bronwyn has organised my home and my office. She has provided services that have meant both these places run far more smoothly than before she came to help. Bronwyn’s skills are broad, and her wonderful “can do” attitude, sense of humour and ability to carefully interpret and understand your needs are second to none.
Her honesty and integrity is absolute – she has been left alone in my home and in my office with access to much sensitive information, and I would have no hesitation in doing so again. Bronwyn even cared for one of the most valuable things in my life – my dog Kara (now deceased) while I was overseas for 5 weeks. It took the utmost in faith to leave my darling dog with anyone, and I was not at all disappointed. I could not have done a better job myself.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bronwyn and her team to anyone. I have in fact done so several times, and those I recommended her to have been absolutely delighted with her service. Speak to her about your personal or professional organization issues, and I am certain she will come up with an innovative and effective solution for you.
I would be happy to provide further reference information if required.

2008. Maggie Shambrook, Director SANDBAG Sandgate Community Centre
SANDBAG is a not for profit community organisation operating from Sandgate and Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane, Australia. Bronwyn’s IT expertise became known to us through her volunteer teaching work with participants in an employment program we deliver. We contracted Bronwyn to assist with moving to a new IT system.
As the Manager of this process I was very pleased with Bronwyn’s professional approach. Bronwyn ensured there was excellent communication during all phases of the work. Good quality written materials were produced which have assisted staff in managing the system.
Bronwyn was flexible and co-operative and sought to ensure that the services she was providing met our requirements. I am very happy to recommend Bronwyn’s business and expertise to others.
You will be assured of a highly professional approach and pleasing results.
Maggie Shambrook, Director SANDBAG Sandgate Community Centre
