During the month of July 2010, Bronwyn from Time on Your Hands worked closely with the Bardon Community Centre Communify www.communify.org.au to assist them in the extraction, compilation and submission of a quarterly report to satisfy State Government funding requirements for 3 of the major Communify Services.

The process for reporting in the past proved time consuming and involved excessive data entry. Bronwyn designed and overseen a replacement process/system in collaboration with key Communify members; Director Karen Dare and Manager – Home Assist Secure (IW) Madonna Maynes, and individual Service co-ordinators of; Aged & Disability Services Manager Georgina Holloway, Mental Health Services Manager Vanessa Schneider and Domestic & Transport
Services Manager Gerald McMillan.

It is with great pleasure to report that the trial of an improved solution has now been successfully trialled and reporting submitted. The co-ordinators are much happier with the process for recording Service activity, as this allows them to focus on doing that which they enjoy; co-ordinating their services.
